As a client, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space, but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona.
1. Parties are not allowed.
2. Respect private garden / communal area.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights (we might accept exceptions after agreement). For special events and holidays, this is subject to change.

We require a 300 € security deposit (to be refunded at check-out if apartment is left on good condition).

Payment Policy:
*Booking payment to hold reservation is 20% - 23.2% of the bill by bank transfer, western union, or credit card.

*The remaining balance + cleaning fee + refundable security deposit is to be paid IN CASH AT CHECK-IN.
Cancellation PolicyCANCELLATION :

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
