Description An absolutely beautiful apartment, situated in the Old historic centre of Barcelona. The inside of this property forms an enormous contrast with the surrounding environment. From the outside the streets are narrow and give a more or less historic image to the Sant Pere Mitja street. The building in which the apartment is situated is completely renovated and restyled from the inside. Here you will find everything you will find all the comfort and luxury you may need during your holiday. The sleeping facilities are 4 and consist out of a bigger bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with an individual bed. A forth person will be able to make use of sofa bed, which is situated in the living room.

The luminous living quarter is filled with all the equipment necessary to make you relax after a long day of sightseeing in Barcelona. Comfortable furniture to sit down and eat and also a television and stereo equipment. The modern kitchen disposes of a washing/drying machine. With the climate regulator you can adjust the circumstances to your own liking: hot during the winter or a cold breeze during a sultry summer night.
The community stairs will give you access to the roof terrace, which is only accessible for the guests of this apartment.
