Description This is an exclusive apartment located in a historic building in Passeig de Gracia just a few metres from the Plaça Catalunya. The apartment is 100 square meters, has a lift and doorman service 7 days a week.

Lower floor has one double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, spacious living room and a dining room providing some of the best views of the city.

On the upper floor you’ll find an en-suite bedroom and a large dressing area with a fully equipped laundry and ironing area. The apartment comes with tablecloths, towels, a hair dryer and all the little details to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
